I'm So Happy You Made That, Man?

Took a marinated in the same marinade into flour, into egg, then deep fried and then braised. It was a lot of frying, a tremendous amount of frying. That took a long time to the amount of food that I made for 14 people. And my brother said he thought that was better. There's something about eating that kind of food for other people, even when I make it.
