E.G. Carroll's Latest Trial Date Could Clash With Other Dates on the Legal Calendar
A federal judge today setting the date for E.G. Carroll's next civil case against Donald Trump, know that he has already been found liable for sexually abusing and defaming her. Jessica Ross: If we look at all of the legal cases that the former president is facing, he's going to trial. He did not attend the last trial and he did not testify remains to be seen if he will change his mind either way in this case. John Avlon: No one has really set the days yet, but it could be two, three weeks that he will be off the campaign trail during the week when this trial sits.
