We're dealing with a true neuro anatomical pathology. So here I just track it from the cortex down to the cranial nerve nuclei and the ones that are responsible for speech. We see this in elderly individuals who don't have their dentures in, so make sure that their dentures are here. There's an actual issue with a mechanical problem in the mouth like an obvious mechanical problem. And I don't think there's an issue with intoxication because patients who are intoxicated common complain alcohol will slur their speech. But right now so far, we have a lesion that's above the spinal cord, meaning about the cervical spinal cord, but we might have something that is below thatwe get
