The more body fat you have and the less trained you are, the more likely you are to recompe. The interesting thing is that just simply training, even in the absence of creatine and the absence of an ideal, nutritional environment, that muscle will come back really quickly,. And we've got some studies showing that with people who take time off train, there's another group that trains very similarly.
