Thomistic Concept of Natural Rights - Bigger's Opposition to Natural Rights

Bigger's concept of natural rights is radically different from the Thomistic concept. He sees rights as being natural only when they operate in an anarchic state of nature, a state that apparently lacks government for positive law. The right holder has to have social support before he can assert what he has a right to. So bigger's objection to natural rights has no relevance to Thomas understand them.
