The Importance of Mentorship
Mentors don't always have to be a woman it could be a man. Allyship starts with men allying for women and women allying for other women and other groups right so I think that sort of allyship sponsorship. But it is hard but it also doesn't have to be whether it's mentorship or sponsorship, depending on what you're looking for at the top. It can be with people at your level and at your peer level so that you're sort of moving up and figuring out where you need to be.
