The Unhealthy Incentives Within Our Educational System

There's just a deeply unhealthy set of incentives within our educational system. So it's just not profitable to start a tutoring company, but it is profitable to create some crazy new app that you work with really help education in this country. These think tanks are funded overwhelmingly by people who are quite wealthy or people's whose foundations are quite wealthy and who come from business backgrounds. Increasingly from the Silicon Valley backgrounds, these are people who are used to results because software problems are easier problems to solve.
