Buchanan delivered a better loftier version of Trump's America First speech. He wanted to help conservatives send a signal to the GOP establishment that Bush's globalist designs for a new world order stood in contradiction to Reaganism. Buchanan: The U.S. century was the American century but they intend to make the 21st the century of Europe or the century of Asia.
