i wouldn't say it's a total get out of jail free card, but it's shocking how much worse one could feel if you've had a couple of drinks and and not had element verses. And i always just love that nutrients go back into them. The bracketing that i have is a gramma protein per pound of lean body mass, all the way up to a gram of protein per poundof body weight. So if i had a 200 pound male, ten % body fat could be as low as a hundred and 80 grams of protein, are as high as 202, hundred ten grams of protein. That seems to be a pretty good operating window there.
