Nan magrich is a civil engineer based in carola, which is a state in southern india. She was inspired by chris work in the netherlands to build an amphibious house. A hollow foundation allows the home to float, but it's also attached to a pair of guide posts. If you have an amphibious home, you don't even have to worry when the flood water is coming.
