The Origins of Communion

My father was very strict on the Sabbath day. His own definition of the Sabbath day was very different. On Sunday, the only thing we did was get breakfast in the morning and we go to church. When we come back from church, we eat and we sleep for the rest of the day. So that's my own father. The head of this definition. But he was very committed to God, he was very godly, he loved God. He would pray five times a day. And so we grew up literally in the home where my mom will pray five days a week.
