How Do You Move on to the Next Phase?

Leaders need to be able to set up an environment where they can live their own ideology. A lot of this, especially if this is the first time leading a team, is stuff that you'll just figure out as you go along. I do think it's helpful a little bit to have these concepts in your mind in terms of what's good and what't bad and where you want to be.
