It was a call offering me the job. There wasn't an interview process. The leadership at Microsoft obviously had seen my impact for the time when I started leading the deal in 2018 until the point in time when Nat basically gave notice. And so there wasn't anInterview where I was validated whether I can do the CEO job or not. But I also think GitHub, we should be as transparent as possible because all our customers are also software developers. Everybody has similar issues in software development and sharing those with other developers often creates a connection that's incredibly useful for the future.
