The first perspective study to evaluate abnormal uterine bleeding in women's starting anti-coagulation for venous thromboembolism. An optimized tri-specific antibody that overcomes immune escape and enhances therapeutic efficacy in a patient-derived xenograft model of B-cell ALL. This strategy could help overcome the challenges of tumor resistance seen with bi-specific antibody treatment.
