Open Source as Liturgy

A discussion at the maintainers conference, o in d c a few months ago. And liturgy is just another word for ritual with other people. It's kind of wayot what are the rituals that we participate in um anit? But some of the ones i thought of were, like, there are ricels of all different sizes,. So one would be like a yearly thing. That would be like hacked oberfest, like, every year get hube tothe ocean. They'd do that thing where they try to get new people to get involved.
