The Job Description Is Wrong

In my field, i'm seeing a ton of postings for jobs over the last month or so. The job description are wildly demanding - even more so than pre pendemic. So many very specific skills that you'd be very likely to find in one person. I had a client rant to me recently about how they weren't getting good candidates for their positions. And he got really defensive and just said again how much they needed all the work done,. then you have to pay for it. There is just an utter disbelief that they longer hold 100 % of the cards now.
