How to Solicit Criticism From Your Boss
I know you wrote the book really targeted for managers as a way to lay their power down. And I will encourage individual contributors to start by, you know, what worked well so that I can do more of it. Ultimately, also soliciting criticism. Is that an absolute? Yes. That may be the only absolute thing. But sometimes you're true and some things are not true. There is such a thing as truth.
