Spren who are able to form a nahel bond because they are closer in that way to humans. Part of them is like specifically geared to want to get closer to humans. And so doing things like building human like cities, wearing human like clothing, is a way of filling that need or that hole. There's just enough to make you go, what it's more a merre world than an alien world.
