Aaron Carroll: How critical has change been to your success and longevity? Like can you give us an example of how you've had to adapt and evolve with times? That's a great question Aaron. Yes. As I said earlier necessity being the mother of invention my adaptation which has been critical. He says he hates when people say wow you reinvented yourself because that's kind of a weird term for someone who is 40 years into his career.
