Is This a Good Thing?

Wyll: It seems to me that the signatories of such a, a, such an agreement would be the exact countries you don't have to worry about. The united states does not have that agreement explicitly with the sades. And guess what? The soudes use american sold weaponry in yemen. Wyll: Maybe it's a poor statement on the power of diplomacy to do the right thing, even militarily. Or maybe i'm looking too much into it.
