The Seven Steps of Service
If you're imbued with that as the sense of purpose, you don't need to necessarily know the seven steps of service. You can't teach them or to do those things. The main thing is that in order to take this core, this broken down engine, and the goal is to be able to sell it and have it work like a new engine. This is a recycling operation,. And that means you got to look at the parts. Some parts are worn out and need to be thrown away and replaced. That's the most expensive one. But some of the parts can in fact be reworked and fixed, and you can use them again.
