The Effects of Exercise on Sleep
The Youngstud study showed that exercise was related to a small but pretty reliable increase in slow wave sleep. There is thought to be a link potentially between body temperature and sleep quality. If we can lower our body temperature through cooling at night and create a bigger curve, a curve with more amplitude you might be able to improve slowly sleep.
