The Importance of the Supreme Court in the Occupation of Israel
The Supreme Court has green lit so many of Israel's worst policies vis-a-vis Palestinians. In a sense, the Supreme Court is the rubber stamp for the occupation internally and externally. It plays this kind of bait and switch in order to perpetuate a status quo of the occupation. And it makes it incredibly frustrating to try and mobilize resistance against, from a legal perspective, against the occupation as well.
