How Do You Think About Strategy?
I always think about product as business ri there's this notion that we're kind of many ceo that gets used a lot. I will focus on the customer and what is the biggest, hairiest problem it can solve for them,. And how an opportunity is that problem? So that's where i start with, right? Once i've identified that, which is essentially half the battle, then, you know, we think about what is the potential solution we can offer to that customers.
