I think everyone's view was there was not a great state challenge to the US since the end of the Cold War. And our response to that makes it pretty clear that we might not be as responsive to deploying the display books when we need to. I think you could imagine an Anthony Fauci character that was given 10x the remit and was allowed to operate independently earlier. One of the problems is that someone who is going to be radically different is probably not gonna be part of the bureaucracy.
