Using Fast Stoop to Find Duplicate Images

Fast stoop is a set of features that allows you to search for duplicates and anomalies in images. It can run on tens of millions of images in a few hours, even without a dipu. The software was designed by Danny Cevallos who has previously worked at two other tech companies. He says it's not a full solution but may be the first step towards one.
