The Importance of Focusing on the Individuals
I think that's one of the biggest problems that we have in our time. We focus on the minaret, on the dome, you know, but we don't focus on the individuals. It's like running a business: if you hire a CEO who is not competent in his job, the facilities are worthless. If you want qualified members of, of the community, i.e. those that work there, and those that have these skills and the capacity to really make a change, then yeah, you have to pay them.
