Pop culture Japan is formative of an arrangement of affect that feels simultaneously hopeful and anxious. Through practices of administration it advances the claim that Japan increasingly is its popular culture. The idea became very popular in Japan especially in the early 2000s for some important reasons, which I'll go into later.
