Teacher Feedback Is Not Just for Teachers, It's for Teachers

Danielle sometimes taught for 10 hours a day, sometimes 12 hours a day. She would spend two extra hours a day after teaching for 10 hours to just do feedback. Danielle figured it out for herself that she not only wanted to take copious notes and do really, really good student feedback but also had to essentially build her own system in order to keep these notes in a manageable fashion.
