I think what could be helpful on the way to that is maybe some more definition around, well, you know, there's a difference between sales name as responsible for and sales of spin. We actually enabled our leaders on that change methodology. So we don't just keep it to our team by having them understand what it takes to make any kind of change. And explicitly calling out their roles within each step of that process is something that was super helpful to us.
