i think the most important thing is to orient around outcomes. And so i start by thinking about, what is the work that we need to do? Maybe we don't even know it yet. The outcome is the next stif step, the next stage, like something that you a that you want to go to as a company. You may need an executive to be more or less of a functional specialist or expert in their area. Or maybe it's a specific deliverable that you have or an accomplishment thatyou want to have a and when you're hiring executives, there's a bunch of dfferent types.
