There's a lot of people who either don't have the skills yet or they're ill-defined. I do feel like we sometimes miss the forest from the trees. If you see revenue generating by 10% and you're increasing costs by 11%, now we have a problem, right? To acquire more work, we are now incurring more effort to do that work. That's not the right way to go. It's high level concept like that that I think people need to apply more.
