How Do I Help Toguchi Do What He Wants to Do?
If you were to start from scratch with no mentors how would you go and find those role models slash teachers slash someone to teach you? The number one thing I would say is how do you help the mentor. By helping them do that they ended up telling it teaching me everything that they knew. It's a rewarding part of being a teacher because when I teach I actually learn as much if not more about the students that then they learn about my topics.
