Should the Power of the State Enforce Morality?
A number of people said, well, that's just un-Christian. They should they should do it as a way of loving their neighbor, even if they disagree. My response is there's a big difference between should or must. The argument about is an action A, B or C, moral or immoral is a different argument from should action A,. B or C be legal or illegal. And when you're a civil libertarian like I am, what you find is that one of the great enemy of liberty is the equating morality and legality.
