How to Build a Better Moving Team

Wade: It can be lonely at the top. I get so fired up after every retreat, whether it's our OG group that you're a part of or one of the newer groups that have come to one of our recent ones. The Titans of industry who we've named the retreats off of, John D. Rockefeller's of the Andrew Carnegie's and the Henry Ford's. They were all friends and they would all be regularly to share their struggles and to figure out how they could leverage each other's connections and grow. That's really what we're trying to accomplish with this type retreat.
