The Uncertainty of Trading

When we are prepared, when we have an expectation of it, kind of that that connect, right? There's no real pause in between that connection. But when it's something that we're uncertain about, there is that pause. And there's a little bit of a delay, right? So I heard this all the time growing up as an athlete. We want to take time to slow down everything in practice. Back testing is the best way that we can gain confidence until you have the opportunity to gain real life experience.
