What Does That Mean for the United States and Democracies?

If the sort of optimism drawn from a certain strain of enlightenment fort which says, as we're becoming more affr and more educated, thinks i s going tot get better. How does that change how we should actually act in the world? So if we except that the jungle is growing back, that different countries ad difrente countries have generally different provinces,. but we can't assume everybody is just yearning for liberty. We've always been able to accomplish what needs to be accomplished, but at a much higher price than if we had engaged with it earlier.
