What's the High Light at Plaid?
I like sitting with my thoughts and reflecting on, you know, what's been going on in my day or week. I don't think i do it superstructured or even maybe superintentionally. But a lot of what i think about when i'm out on a long run is probably why i enjoy those endurance sports so much. So just being intentional about making sure that i have time to like stop and reflectandn any given day or week was the high light at plaid.
