How to Make the Most of Your Food
The most difficult products to store are fat. Most fats are very they go rancid all almost all the oils in grocery stores are already rancid. You definitely don't want any vegetable oils because that stuff's just toxic in the first place. Protein is the next most difficult carbohydrates then in fiber. And so that's what you want to focus on as much as you possibly can.
