How to Do Double Threshold Days
Double days are like one hard workout, one easier workout within a 24 hour period. They're offset by a rest thereafter that allows you to absorb and adapt all that training. This is probably compromising Jeff's sleep, right? So this is like compounding. And then it's likely also done on compromise sleep. Nate: I feel like Jeff might be trying to kind of fit it all in, like not miss a single workout. Maybe even taking that approach of just hitting everything as is might be setting them back.
