How to Create a Cohesive Team

The first part of building cohesion is vulnerability-based trust. Next is, how do we behave around core values? What are the limits of diversity in this organization? Third is, a lot of teams don't know what business they're actually in - which seems so basic. If a company doesn't exist for some fundamental good purpose, it probably shouldn't exist.
