Talent marketplaces use AI to infer that based on your work history, what you're doing and can infer the skills that you have. There are also ways of instead of inferring skills that you has, that you can actually certify the skills that somebody has. You can take a test or you can develop a credential. Those credentials can also be signaling devices within a talent marketplace to say, hey, this person is qualified for the job.
