Men Don't Care About IQ
I've heard that the reason IQ developed was because of female mate choice. I really strongly disagree with that view when I wrote my first book, The Mating Mind. If it was the case that women care about male intelligence, but men don't care about female intelligence, you'd get a huge sex difference in intelligence. So I think what's going on is when men are looking for short-term mate like an opportunistic copulation, like a hookup, then of course they're not going to care.
