Preserving the Constant Companionship of the Holy Ghost

Remembering the Lord allows us to see his hand more clearly in our lives, leading us away from the perils and insecurity of forgetting God. What then can we do to preserve the constant companionship of the Holy Ghost? The third member of the Godhead, so that we can receive physical and spiritual protection. As covenant makers and keepers, will we try to always remember the Savior and keep His commandments so that we may always have His Spirit to be with us?
