It's got a help from a number of prorspectives. One, recruiting kids, saying, wild it looks like a place i'd want to go and play. And two, selling tickets, getting people to come to the games. I mean, its from a recruiting perspective. That leads to then, o further victories, which then also con takes care of tht the selling tickets part as well. It's all going together.

How do you beat the big dogs at their own game with a smaller brand, in a smaller market and/or with a smaller budget? By changing the game.
Call it disruptive or guerilla marketing, but creativity has been at the foundation of the team's strategy. Anderson asks his staff the same question each day: What is no one else doing right now that we can pull off?
