How to Make a Change in Health Care
A lot of my research right now has to do with, you might say, expanding the conversation of medical decisions. And i mentioned that there's a number of studies that say that the success raid is only around 30 % for big, unorganizational change initiatives. But in my work working with patience, 30 % success for particular treatment might be tremendously good. If the last treatment only helped about five percent of patients, getting 30 % of patients to a better place for the treatment would be a tremendously good thing.
