Listening to What Your Body Is Saying

Sometimes you can do your best to just turn your brain off and go through the motions, get the things done a and sometimes that works. But sometimes you do actually have to stop and listen to whatyor your head and your body are telling you about a thing. And it's usually going to be some kind of pain or weird feeling if it's not a good thing. I've found that thinking about where i'm at in in mo absolute terms has been really helpful. So like reallytreating my states as absolute, being an aware of what my body is telling me in terms of energy level or cognitive readiness has been really valuable. It allows me to honor what i can't do
