But if they all contain the same micro nutrients, you might actually have some micro nutrient gaps in your diet. You could eat three times your daily need for vitamin C, but that's not really helping you get vitamin D or vitamin E into your diet. And there was a study by Ishmael and colleagues in 2017 indicating that in some cases, people who eat clean, they actually do find when they analyze their food logs,. hey, you actually have some gaps here that might be filled if you had a more flexible approach to your food source selection.
