Can You Reverse Engineering Hardware?
Any computer can be simulated on another computer, but the difficulty sometimes comes around with both performance and legal issues. The idea that you're using software to create this hardware environment is something that's pretty unique. It's kind of like a translation layer. So it's going and translating what the software wants it to do on the old hardware into ways of doing it on new hardware.
