I used to have a very unhealthy relationship with food before my gud. I was basically just on protein. And so of course, i was starving all the time. But i wouldn't allow myself to eat. If i told myself i was going to eat at two p m, and it was one 58 and i was starving, i would wait till two p m. So that obviously was a very unhealthy habit very unhealthy mind set. Women in this world, we have such a negative relationship with food. Food is not good or bad. It's awful limits food. E, so that is one of my concerns, ye, with intematastang hundred %.
